Gald Code exists to turn complex, ambiguous business problems into systems that work — with the same accountability an internal founder-level engineer would carry.

We don't position ourselves around the amount of code written. Code is the cheapest part of the work. The expensive part is knowing what to build, deciding what not to build, and being honest about what will break.
Small, capable engineering teams can move faster than large teams when the right people own the problem instead of only owning tickets. That is the entire operating model of this company.

João Paulo Galdino
Software & AI Product Engineer and founder of Gald Code, with five years of hands-on experience across backend, frontend, mobile, cloud and applied AI.
His work spans production business systems, AI agents and tool calling, multimodal and document understanding, computer vision, voice, real-time platforms and 3D reconstruction. Currently studying Information Systems while leading engineering work.
Working languages and platforms include Python, TypeScript, Node.js, React, Next.js, React Native, Swift, Go, C++, SQL, AWS and Docker — used as tools, never as a checklist.
